ANC: Atty. James Imbong filed a petition against RH at the Supreme Court at 1pm today. It's James Imbong and Lovely Ann Carlos-Imbong vs Exec. Sec. Ochoa, DOH Sec., DBM Sec., Deeped Sec. and DILG Sec. for certiorari and injunction as a taxpayer's class suit.
