Justices say CJ Ma. Lourdes Sereno of the SC has been accused by fellow justices of railroading the appointment of the high court's spokesman and chief of tis PIO. According to a justice of the SC, "This issue will surely be raised to the court en banc to decide the case. Sereno is railroading again. She does not know what she is doing. Ano akala niya, hindi kami kikibo? a justice told the Times.
