now that drilon confirmed that mar roxas will run in 2016 - isn't it logical for him to RESIGN as dilg chief to erase doubts that he will use public funds to promote his candidacy? will it be people's money that he will use in provincial sorties for 3 years and use the PNP to control jueteng and intimidate opponents?
