That's a laugh, considering that his intelligence network DID NOT EVEN SMELL some 200 Sulu fighter going off to Sabah to stake the sultanate and the Philippines' claim to ownership of Sabah. Hell, Noynoy and his intelligence network DIDN'T EVEN KNOW just how many fighters were there.
