TRIBUNE: CACHO-OLIVARES
It is clearly the Palace's way of DEFLECTING the criticisms directly aimed at Noynoy, over his mishandling that has created a national crisis, along with Noynoy's image of a leader for the "bosses" as he refers to the Filipino people, is now shattered, as Noynoy has earned for himself the image of a president who feeds Filipinos to the wolves. Even as DEL ROSARIO TAKES RESPONSIBILITY for the lost letter, the fact is that for sometime, the DFA chief was Bert Romulo, not Del Rosario. Del Rosario couldn't have been involved in all this.
