ANC: the ombudsman has dismissed with finality the plunder complaint filed against former president arroyo in connection with the iloilo airport deal. ombudsman conchita carpio-morales junked the second motion for reconsideration filed by complaint danilo lihay lihay, saying the pleading violated court rules. the ombudsman already ruled, lihay lihay failed to present proof, arroyo benefited from the sale and disposition of the airport.
