WHEN will Filipinos finally wake up and realize that the President has pulled a fast one on them? That he is, after all, ill-equipped both intellectually and ethically for the high office that he holds? Three years into his administration, President Benigno Aquino III is still behaving as if each working day at the Palace were amateur hour, and that he can bully and bumble his way through any problem.
