TRIBUNE: Ninez Olivares: Noynoy certainly has not run a company or ngo. He was a shoe salesman and not a good one at that...he had no legislative achievements to speak of during his term as congressman or even as senator. Noynoy is one that had no substance, essence, reality. He is the reflected, refracted, redacted image of his father or mother.
