ANC: POWER HIKE - the energy regulatory commission has approved the collection of 19-centavos per kilowatt hour from electricity consumers nationwide to cover the 53-billion pesos in stranded costs of the power sector assets and liabilities management corporation starting this march. the collection will span 4 years.
