ANC: COA VS PCSO - COA is asking the PCSO to return the nearly P10M it paid to its Board of Directors from Sept. 2010 to Dec. 2011, for their salaries and benefits. COA says, the amount is too much, and the payment is illegal. PCSO officials believe, they did not commit any wrongdoing, but they're willing to return the money IF ORDERED by the president. -- ASTIG!!!
