PHILSTAR: ATTY SISON - Wrong kind of transparency
- This is indeed the first time we have a government which is more concerned with its public image than with its concrete accomplishments. Never before has governance been conducted through press releases and media announcement than during this administration. It seems that our President now is very much concerned with maintaining his popularity through media exposure than through his record of performance. Obviously he and his drum-beaters are more concerned with his ratings in the poll surveys than with his actual public service record.
