ANC: The Arroyo camp is confident, the former president will be granted bail over a plunder charge, in connection with the PCSO funds. Arroyo lawyer Anacleto Diaz says, the defense panel is confident, because the testimony of prosecution witness Ma. Aleta L. Tolentino, was essentially hearsay. Diaz points out, Tolentino had no direct personal knowledge of the alleged PCSO transactions she testified on.
