TRIBUNE: COA OKAYED USE OF PCSO INTEL FUNDS - ARROYO
In a 10-page reiterative motion to the Supreme Court for the issuance of a TRO or preliminary injunction on the plunder case pending at the Sandiganbayan, Arroyo, through her lawyer Anacleto Diaz, said the Ombudsman cannot overturn a finding of the CoA that the CIFs were "lawful, necessary, regular and compliant with the rules."
