PNoy's favorite Supreme Court justice appointee, Lourdes Sereno, showed that she had earned, as lawyer for the Philippine government in arbitration cases both in Singapore and in Washington at he International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) court some P25 million, when her summary of the SALN says she has a networth of P17 million. Did Sereno, who likes to portray herself as cleaner than clean and a constitutional know it all, also include this income on her SALN? That's a pretty huge income and does not,  on her SALN summary's face, reflect such an amount. Shouldn't she too, be impeached for being "suspected" and "reported"  to have  stashed away some P25 million?
