The trial was adjourned clearly because (again) prosecution failed to submit the required memorandum. Tupaz was asking for "flexibility" - the procedure to be "liberal" - a plea to hide their ineptness and incompetence. He was asking for help to prove their case because, clearly, they have no case at all.
