Palpak na naman si Tupaz nagrereklamo sa objections ni Cuevas pero wala namang ma suggest when Enrile asked him what the prosecutors would like to suggest. Tupaz was complaining when in fact he doesn't know what is the proper ruling on the presentation of evidence on witnesses. This is the error when one files a complaint based on rumors. Good for the defense!
