MLA STANDARD: A lawmaker on Monday night accused Sen Sergio Osmeña III of demonizing him and former Pres Gloria M. Arroyo over a P100-billion bridge contract to please a woman and hinted that he senator was having an extra-MARITAL AFFAIR with her. In a privilege speech, Ang Kasangga Rep. Teodorico Haresco Jr. identified the woman as Maria Bettina Garcia, Haresco's main opponent in Iloilo for a seat in the House in the 2013 midterm elections and who is closely identified with Osmeña.
