gov't prosecutors should be aware that SPECIAL treatment is NOT the issue. it is about a sick person yet to be arraigned and presumed innocent until proven guilty. abandonment of the state's responsibility to protect the rights of an ailing accused individual like the former president. its denial of her to seek much needed medical attention and supervision while being tried is tantamount to premature judgment and violates her right to survive and live. even a jailed convicted prisoner is accorded such humanitarian gesture. a fisher folk, a farmer or a former president, every citizen is guaranteed by the law same rights and it is NOT SPECIAL.
