ANC: Atty. Diaz: "Arroyo will remain under hospital arrest. We will consider alternative treatment in Tagaytay but I don't know if she will be allowed. She is definitely much thinner and based on doctors' examination, she lost some 25lbs. She's frail. I am no doctor but I can see that her health has deteriorated."
