PRESIDENT Benigno Aquino III skipped the annual homecoming of the Philippine Military Academy in Baguio City at the weekend. Mr. Aquino chose instead to attend the inauguration of the 50-bed Aurora Memorial Hospital in Reserva, Baler, Aurora.
