Constitution the way PNoy wants it interpreted. If we allow PNoy to order our Democratic party leaders in the Senate and not put a hold on his "court-packing plan" that would authorize him to appoint new CJ at his whim, then King Benigno III will reign and rule. Are we willing to have a "timid Court, a rubber stamp that is responsive to public opinion " or an independent  judiciary that takes the people's needs into account  and less tyrannical president? Mga KaBabayan Ko, be vigilant and Think  about it!!!
