TRIBUNE: Noy vetoes Magna Carta for Poor, says no funds for them
- Poor people will remain poor due to the failure of Pres Aquino to address the aggravating situation of the poor after he had vetoed and refused to sign the Magna Carta for the Poor. Aquino explained that the Philippine government is a "signatory to the covenant called the International Covenant on Economic Culture and Social Rights (ICESCR)." ----ang daming PALUSOT pag sa mahirap, pag pondo ng projects ng cronies, may pondo AGAD!!!---
