- CAVITE Governor Juan Victor Remulla on Monday criticized Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas for his apparent 'double standard' in serving suspension order on local government officials. "They were fast in serving the suspension order on Cebu Governor Gwen Garcia because she is not an ally.
