TRIBUNE: NOY, LP WALK THE SINISTER POLL PATH
- UNA sec gen Rep. Toby Tiangco yesterday expressed apprehension over the appointment of a former congressman who was UNSEATED because of POLL FRAUD and known in political circles as a "CRONY" LP coalition campaign manager Sen. Fanklin Drilon. Tiangco said he believes the appointment of Macabangkit "Mac" Lanto to the Comelec is part of the administration grand scheme of a 12-0 sweep after a Palace insider reportedly told them Drilon HAD INTENSELY LOBBIED for the appointment of the former lawmaker to replace one of two retiring Comelec commissioners.
