ANC: Newly-appointed Commission on Elections Commissioner Macabangkit Lanto admits, he was recommended by Team PNoy Campaign Manager Senator Franklin Drilon for the job. Lanto came to the Comelec for a courtesy call with Chairman Sixto Brillantes and Commissions Robert Lim and Elias Yusoph today, after which he faced the media.
