ANC: UP Manila commits suicide for failing to pay tuition and having stop her education. 16-year-old Kristel Tejada killed herself after she was forced to file for leave of absence because she could not afford her education at the state university. Youth groups expressed their grief and slammed the Aquino govt over its failure to provide free education to the public. 'Rock the Vote PH': Kristel's death was not suicide but murderer by the educational system.
