- It was recently reported that government lawyers have asked the anti-graft court to dismiss the P25-million graft and malversation charges filed against Padaca. What is very disturbing, however, is the fact that Brillantes should stay away from the graft and malversation charges against Padaca, because he has no business getting involved in a case that is already being heard before the Sandiganbayan.
