The gloves are really off this time around between the Chief Justice and the senior associate justices, as SC Sr Assoc Justice Antonio Carpio was reported in daily broadsheet Monday of accusing CJ Lourdes Sereno of violating the Constitution for hiring a "moonlighting" professor of the UP as her staff head, as well as accusing Sereno of raising false statements and a false legal basis before the court en banc.
