ANC: comelec on team pnoy - PNoy has no right to come out with coalition political advertisements when the official campaign period begins. Comelec Chairman Sixto Brillantes says, Team PNoy is not a duly-registered political coalition, unlike the United Nationalist Alliance. Brillantes says, as a registered coalition, UNA has the right to political advertising, independent of the candidates' own advertisements.
