HEADSTART- ANC Karen Davila - Rep. Mitos Magsaysay accuses LP of using arm twisting factors vs. UNA supporters. The palace did not give me the PDAF for my district. Justice in this country should not be selective. It has not been proven that Arroyo was corrupt. I'm not pro-Arroyo in pro-issue. My campaign budget is very minimal. I can't even mount my own TV commercial. I already have absences in Congress session.
