ANC: Comelec is set to investigate the alleged distribution of Philhealth cards during campaign sorties of Team PNoy by President Aquino himself, after several labor groups formally filed a letter of complaint before the poll body. But in a visit to Iloilo, Aquino stressed he does not use government funds to campaign for his senatorial bets. Aquino said, he attends Team PNoy sorties only if it coincides with where he has governance activities.
