He CAN'T EVEN SACRIFICE HIS GUNS to adhere to the gun ban and LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Naturally Noynoy's appointed poll chairman, Brillantes, WHO DOES AS NOYNOY WISHES, stated that Noynoy is PRESUMED to be EXEMPTED from the gun ban.
