ANC: netizens, activists, multi-sectoral groups to march to the supreme court on tuesday for the oral arguments on the cybercrime law. bayan will also launch a black tuesday protest, urging the public to wear black to show their displeasure over the law. the petitioners are seeking an extension to the tro on the cybercrime prevention act of 2012. the tro expires on feb 6th.
