TRIBUNE: NDRRMC CHIEF TENDERS RESIGNATION FOR 3RD TIME
In a letter dated Jan. 8 Ramos cited his intention to spend more time with his ailing wife as reason behind his resignation. "Having endured the demands of my duties and responsibilities and believed that I have done my best in serving the OCD-DND and the NDRRMC, my efficacy on my job is now being gravely affected. I now must yield this post for the sake of compassion to my ailing spouse in order to spend more time with her," Ramos said in his letter to Gazmin.
