ANC: A main witness in the PCSO plunder case of ex-Pres Arroyo admits having NO PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE of the transactions involving PCSO funds. Aleta Tolentino of the PCSO Board of Directors says she relied mostly on documents given to her after being appointed by Pres Aquino. Tolentino also says Arroyo as president was authorized under COA laws & circulars to released intelligence funds.
