ABS-CBN breaking news: On the first day of her cross examination of the resumption of the bail hearing, lawyer Aleta Tolentino, member of the PCSO Board of Directors, said she has no personal knowledge on the transactions involved in the case as she merely relied on documents that was given to her after she assumed office on the appointment of Pres Benigno Aquino III. Yes sir, I have no personal knowledge," Tolentino said responding to questions by defense lawyer Peter Bantilan, counsel of former PCSO Chairman Sergio Valencia, adding that her knowledge on the case was based solely on documents given to her when she assumed office at the PCSO in Aug 2010.
