They claimed she is being "unduly detained for a crime which has no basis."Residents from Guagua, Pampanga had earlier filed motions for intervention so that they may intervene and be heard by the high court on the Arroyo petition. They pointed out that the Office of the Ombudsman that found probable cause to charge Mrs. Arroyo before the Sandiganbayan had no authority to review the findings of the COA, which found no irregularity on the usage of the subject funds.
