The Manila Times Friday reported that it had obtained a copy of the results of the psycho-psychiatric testing on at least 2 candidates for the top judicial post, with now Chief Justice Sereno doing very poorly in the test, having obtained a grade of "4" where the top where the top grade is "1" and "5" the worst.
