Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's cardiologist has retracted his statements on her serious condition, as well as the claim that he is being investigated by the ethics board., stressing that there was NEITHER a scolding by the PMS nor an apology from the cardiologist, Dr. Roberto Anastacio, according to a high ranking PMA official.
