TRIBUNE EDITORIAL: Funny, but the more Noynoy and his aides keep on talking about their treading the straight path, the more data, especially from Transparency International (TI), that ranked the Philippines at 34 percent, out of a hundred percent in the corruption index, show that the propaganda of the NOYNOY'S STRAIGHT PATH ISN'T BEING BOUGHT by foreign investors. What this means is that the Philippines under Noynoy and his claimed STRAIGHT PATH has become one of the MOST CORRUPT countries in the world.
