DBP employees accused Nuñez of using the planes of Salvador Zamora, his former boss (and a big borrower from the DBP) to provinces, at times just to play golf. Zamora was a contributor to President Aquino's campaign in 2010. The complaint detailed the date Nuñez used Zamora's planes and the places he went to. But Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales has not lifted a finger to act on this complaint. Why? STRAIGHT PATH, MY FOOT.
