MANILA BULLETIN: GMA CLEARED IN P366-M PLUNDER CASE
The camp of former pres and now Pamp Rep. Gloria A. Arroyo on Monday disclosed that a panel of Ombudsman investigators had dismissed for lack of proof the P366-million plunder charge against her as shown in two versions of the resolution. This was gathered from Arroyo spokesperson Elena Bautista Horn. Both resolutions, one with 56 pages and the other with 52 pages, were attached by Uriarte, through her lawyer Benjamin Santos, in her motion for reconsideration on the resolution of the Ombudsman dismissing her omnibus motion for a judicial determination of probable cause and/or quash the motion.
