ANC: atty. topacio: yung sinasabing pajero hindi po yun pagmamay-ari ni cong. mikey arroyo. yun po ay property ng napocor. noong 2008 when mikey was chairman of energy committee the car was assigned to his office pero hindi niya personal yun.
