It is not unusual for courts to lift their HDOs on an accused, as long as there is a valid reason for it. Imelda Marcos, out of bail, had HDOs issued by the courts against her, yet they lifted these orders and allowed her to seek treatment abroad for her glaucoma. Why should it be Noynoy and his aides who have to verify whether Gloria's condition is serious?
