Cgma is UNDER the jurisdiction of the judiciary already. Malacañang's statement betrays their IGNORANCE of the constitution, and drunkenness with power, thinking they can bend the rules just to suit the political vendetta against GMA. there is separation of powers. this is the Palace over exerting itself again and trying to INFLUENCE an independent and co-equal branch of government. they are not playing fair. cgma has NOT ACTED on her doctor's recommendation to seek medical treatment overseas. Carandang is shooting from the hip. If they have doubts on maam's health, they can take it up with the court if or when the issue of foreign travel becomes a reality. ONLY the court, and NOT Malacañang can come up with an independent validation of claims,
