-Rep. Gloria Arroyo was forced to rise from her sick bed after the House of Representatives moved to Monday the voting on whether or not to terminate debates on the Reproductive Health Bill. Arroyo was ordered to have complete bed rest as she was still suffering from acute cervical and lumbar strain.
