PHILSTAR: ERNIE MACEDA The National Press Club was unhappy over the lack of mention of the Freedom of Information (FOI) bill. UP Professor Ben Diokno and Rep Mitos Magsaysay asked where the President wil secure the funds to build the many infrastructure projects and budgetary increases announced. The CBCP branded as not true state of the nation  pictured in the speech and criticized the lack of a clear program to provide jobs and alleviate poverty. CBCP reiterated its opposition to RH bill. But the most debated was the President's claim that crime has gone down from over 500,000 in 2009 to 246, 958 in 2011.
