St. Theresa's College in Cebu City openly defied a court order requiring it to allow students to attend their graduation ceremonies last Friday.
Thank you to the example set by Secretary Leila de Lima of the Department of Justice when she openly defied a restraining court issued by no less than the Supreme Court, everyone is now emboldened not to obey a court by citing a mere technicality.
