As what they say "Power corrupts, but absolute power corrupts absolutely!" Why do we need a budget in terms of billion in pesos when Luzon and Visayas areas has a surplus in energy in terms of hundreds megawatts which could easily cover the current shortage in Mindanao? I guess there's a madness among the sneaky operators who are hungry to make easy multimillions at the expense of the consumers. It this the way to serve the Filipinos, who gets hungrier and poorer each day? pls pass...
