A nuance missed in Miriam's tirade: she did not berate the prosecution for dropping the 5 counts, not the act of dropping which is prosecution's prerogative but the RESERVATION made by Tupas on future evidence/witness like Sereno (as Enrile said, ask for continuance, don't offer close and still offer your evidence) and the CONCLUSION that prosecution did not have a case to begin with, with all it's implications of persecution.
